Can you enter multiple Memorised Transactions in one go?
I've just landed a job which uses Reckon, however, my manager has got me entering hundreds of memorised transactions manually. Is there a way to enter multiple at a time? Or upload an Excel spreadsheet to enter them?
Here is what I'm entering manually at the moment:
Into this: (Marked red is the values I am entering)
I've got a list of about 2,000 transactions I have to enter, there is no way there isn't an easier way to do this.

Hi @kalebsilver
The methods available vary depending on your skillset.
You can use a 3rd-party tool:
Or if you can use Excel:
- transform your Excel worksheet from this format
to
or
You can bring it in as a DEPOSIT or TRANFER transaction.
You may need to swap the ACCNT values around depending on how it shows up in a report.
Save the Excel worksheet into a Tab Delimited Text format with a file extension ".IIF".
Example; "MyTransferTransactions.IIF"
The use the File | Utilities| Import | IIF Files.. menu to bring it into the file.
(Test it first on a copy of the file)

@kalebsilver I have all mine set to enter automatically - You can schedule this by right-clicking on each one (in the Memorised Transaction List) & setting the frequency there ☺️
