Help please, Why is my Subitems not showing on printed/emailed invoices.

i have items and also subitems created for invoicing but when sending or printing it is not showing the subitem description with the item in the item column on the invoice?

I have looked through all settings and layout settings of the invoice but i can't find to fix the issue, also, on the phone to support for an hour and half with no luck.

Both item & subitem use to be displayed on invoices before the 2024 update launch. Does anyone have any clues for me or how to get it corrected higher up? Thank you

Example; invoicing on screen item: MP Att:Dubbo
Preview invoice and it only shows item as: Dubbo
i need the whole description on the invoice.

    Can you upload a screenshot example of the print preview for one of your invoices that's displaying incorrectly as you describe ?

    I NEED the invoice to show the whole item name. Can you help ?

    Hi There

    I've done some testing & it seems to be standard to only show the subitem … Are you sure it used to show the header item also ?

    Can you upload a screenshot of a previous invoice that displays both on the print preview ?
