Payroll submission error


I'm trying to submit my first payroll through STP and I get this error message
"Check and update your hosted SBR Software ID through Access Manager or by phoning the ATO."
Access manager shows Reckon as my registered software.
How do I fix this?

I called the ATO, about 4 weeks ago.

Thank you for your quick response. Can you ensure that the specific software id on the book is listed in Access manager.
To check the Software id in Reckon One payroll → Login to the book → Payroll → Payroll Setting → Software ID

The software ID was incorrect, I have updated it, how long does it take before it gets processed?

Will it be processed automatically once the software ID is corrected or do I have to resubmit it?
