Unable to complete Pay Run for over a week.

When I try to enter the pay period of a new unscheduled pay run this alert shows up. I thought there may have been a problem with the software so I left it for a few days, but it’s still not allowing me to continue from this point and lodge new payrun runs. Please assist.

    Hi @TLee

    Is this happening on any browser that you attempt to login to Reckon One on? ie. From the looks of it you're on Safari in your screenshot, if you try a different browser app do you encounter the same message?

    Also, do you have multiple employees included in the payrun that you're attempting to create? Or is it not letting you get that far?

    Hi Rav,

    Thanks for yr reply. I have just tried it via Chrome and the same happens. I’ve never had an issue previously, doing the same weekly. As soon as I click on a date on the calendar specifying the commencement of the pay period, it shows me that page “Something went wrong”. I’ve shut it down and re commenced multiple times. I’ve even tried to type in the date rather than pick it from the calendar to no avail. Any other ideas I can try?

    Can you please give it another go and let me know if you're able to load your pay run correctly now?

    If you're currently still logged in, please logout and then back in first.

    I logged out and in again. Now it’s showing I don’t have permission to access.

    Hi @Rav , thank you for checking in. Apologise I didn’t see your update until yr most recent msg today so just tried it out. Good news is that I’ve just been able to lodge the past 2 weeks payroll successfully!
    Not sure what you did, but whatever it was…Thanks for your assistance!
