Make Payment & Receive Money display after Bank locked

Hi,

Why does the extra Bank account field appear on Make Payment screen for transactions after they are locked (Bank account locked)? Same thing happens on Receive Money screen.

    Hi @PCsforKids,

    This happens when you set a Transaction lock off date on your bank account.

    You can check this by going to Banking › Bank accounts

    Hi @PCsforKids,

    Just checking in to see if this was resolved?

    I also believe it may be related to a reconciliation that was done at the end of March. Undoing that last reconciliation should allow you to add or edit transactions for that month again.

    *Here in my book, it hasn't been reconciled before so they are all unlocked.

    Hi,

    Please read my question again. I do not want to edit the transaction - I know how to unlock and do that.

    The question relates to the way after locking, a second Bank Account field appears. It is just another one of those little weird things. I was interested in knowing if it has a purpose or not.

    Just jumping in here 🙂 From the looks of it, that looks to be a little bug on-screen and no it doesn't have a purpose for a Reckon One user. We'll get the team to address that so thanks for flagging it! 🙌
