Copy Paste no longer works

Hello All,

Since Reckon moved to the "new platform, "the Ctrl C from another program then Ctrl V into Reckon no longer works for us. For example, Ctrl C of a customer's Purchase Order number from our job management program to Ctrl V into the Purchase Order number field in the Reckon Invoice no longer works. It will not paste anything. However, if I Ctrl V in excel, or word, or an email it works exactly as it should. It just does not work in Reckon. Our Customer PO's are up to 12 digits long. We use Ctrl V to save time and to save data entry errors. This feature is vial to us. Is anyone else having this problem? What to do?

    Hi @ADNFinance ,

Please refer to this communication below and also verify the clipboard permission. You should see a clipboard icon in your address bar on the right side, when you are logged into your company file in Reckon Hosted.

    Hope this helps.

If you have any queries, please let us know.

    Regards,

    Reeta

    Hi @ADNFinance ,

Additionally, I would advise making sure that Clipboard access is allowed in your site's permissions. Usually, a pop-up appears the first time.

In Chrome, you can check and modify the permissions by clicking this icon next to the URL in the address bar.

You can check more about the new Hosted platform here.

    I hope it helps.

You need to change the security setting at the top of the browser to allow for copy and paste.

It is in the upgrade notes. If you did not answer yest to allow Amazon services, then copy / paste will not work

Ok. Very confused now. There is no clipboard icon with a line though it for me to turn on permission.

Now what. Upgrade notes? Nope not sure I've seen those either. Can someone post me a link please, although it's probably too late now.

I needed to answer Yes to Amazon services? I honestly don't recall having been asked that question, so how do I go back to that. I just need copy paste to work!
