Hi Rav,

Future Super have announced a new fund name, USI and ABN.

Can Reckon payroll please be updated accordingly?

    Hi @Kali

    Sure can. You'll just need to put through a request to add the new super fund details and you can do this directly from within Reckon Payroll. Go to Payroll Settings ➡️ Superannuation Funds ➡️ Create Super Fund ➡️ Superannuation Fund isn't listed ➡️ Pop in the new details and send the request.

    Once you've done that our product devs will review it and add the new super fund details to Reckon One.

    Thanks Rav; however, I tried this multiple times already but once i clicked on submit, it sat spinning at that stage until eventually a pop up appears saying 'Discard changes'?
