Since the update i cant open my reckon account hosted
at what stage is it not opening? The login or the file?

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Reckon Accounts Hosted service. As Kris mentioned above, what is happening specifically when you attempt to login at the moment and where is it occurring?
Are you encountering an error message? If so, what is it? A screenshot would be handy as well if possible.
when on go to Launch and log in then it wont open the page i was told to go to system to delete the certificate Rsa but it wont let me
I get this meessage cant delete

I tried goole safari amd firefox all the same
Forgive my ignorance but can you let me know who advised you to delete this Comodo certificate? Was it our technical support team?
If you clear the browser cache and cookies and/or try to login using an incognito browser, is there any difference?

I try and it still dose not open after I have click on lauch page keeps try to load
I think it might have something to do that i am in Malaysia on mu mac laptop
Can you please try again today and let me know if you're still encountering the same behaviour?
Also, prior to the upgrade, were you able to login without any issues on the same device and location?

i have been using this lap top Mac and location for the las 2 years as i go back to melbourne and malaysai a few times in the year for work
If you're still having trouble, please let me know as there are a couple of others things we can look at but I'll wait to hear from you.
