I get this message when I try to reload it, has anyone else experienced this since update

Try out the steps listed there and let us know how you get on.
thanks I found it and am trying to follow instructions but still cannot seem to open in paint
So glad it still emails with logo, but will I be able to Print with logo soon? will reckon be able to fix this or do I have to try to find the way to change to png
Open up your original logo file, doesn’t have to be in Paint whatever photo program you have is worth a try. Then you can save as a bmp or png file and upload to Reckon. If you have a problem you can email to me and I can save and send back
