SUBMISSION HAS BEEN REJECTED BY ATO
I had received a SUBMISSION REJECTION BY ATO to do with Tax Codes. It was for a new employee, who had his TFN and it was entered into his file a week before his pay. The employees first 2 wages were rejected. I had tried to resubmit, but kept coming up with the same error. I then deleted these 2 Payroll submissions and redid them.
This is the new error I have received for these 2 resubmitted Payroll. What is the best course of action, resubmit as an adjustment or delete the 2 Payroll and resubmit as new?

It looks like the ATO's SBR2 service is experiencing some issues at the moment which will affect STP submissions.
I'd recommend sending the submission again, as a normal submission (not an update event) in the morning and hopefully they'll have the service back online.
