    Our accountant has just messaged me. He has lodged our STP finalisation for EOFY in Reckon Payroll, which included reportable FBT. However, he said that the FBT that he had added when doing the finalisation is not showing in the as lodged version in Reckon.

    I have looked online and found this post which refers to FBT not displaying in STP finalisations and that it was something that was to have been fixed in 2024.

    How do we know that the FBT was included in our STP finalisation? Is there a way we can check?

    Hi @DebW

    I've split your reply off into its own new post here as the previous one is a tad outdated now as yes, any balances added to an employee's YTD for FBT will visually appear in the EOFY finalisation. Check out an example below 👇

    If you click on EOFY in the left menu and open the 2024/25 finalisation you've sent, do you see any FBT balances listed on an employee in the same way as my screenshot above?

    Thank you for quick reply, Rav.

    No, the FBT column in the STP finalisation changed to all zeros when our Accountant lodged it. He said the figures were there in the draft, but when he finalised it, they all changed to 0.00.

    In the draft, the FBT column showed the figures:

    Once finalised it looked like this:

    I have just called Tech Support and the gentleman I spoke refreshed the system for those employees but that did not update the FBT column as it has already been finalised. He said that we would need to re-lodge the it and then they would show.

    Alternatively, we could confirm that the FBT amounts were reported (even though not displaying) by going to Reckon GovConnect > locate the STP finalisation in the list and click on the Detail link at right hand side > scroll to each relevant Employee, click on Detail link at right hand side for that Employee, scroll to foot of page, and the reportable FBT for that employee will show there. I did this and the FBT amounts are showing as reported in this location, so that answers the question.
