An employees company super contribution is not showing up in the payroll summary report. It does, however show up in the payrun. Any thoughts?

    HI @Megan_Chud,

Can you confirm if these super amounts appear in the SUPER CONTRIBUTIONS BY EMPLOYEE report?

    Best regards,

    Hi @Megan_Chud

Is this affecting the super on only one pay run for this employee or across all pay runs for them?

In regard to their earnings item, are they being paid using the default Ordinary Earnings item or have you created your own earnings item for them?

    Hi Rav,

Thanks for your response. I am using the default Ordinary Earnings as I always do. When I go back and look at the pay run, the super is showing up (see attached), but it is not showing in the report or reflected on the P&L (also see attached)

    Hi @Megan_Chud

Is this affecting the super on only one particular pay run for this employee or across all pay runs for them?

If the former, can you please try refreshing that pay run.

    • To do so switch that particular pay run back to draft status and then change something in the pay run for that specific employee eg. add an extra hour to their earnings for example.
    • Mark the pay run as paid (don't send any STP submissions).
    • Then revert it back to draft again and change the earnings back to what it should be for the employee.
    • Mark the pay run as paid again.
    • Generate a new Payroll Summary Report - confirm whether super is now showing in the report for that specific employee.

Let me know how you get on and whether or not this helps at all.

Thank you for your help Rav. I have tried this and it still didn't work. Any more suggestions?

    Hi @Megan_Chud,

I apologize if the workaround did not resolve the issue.

Would you mind trying to revert the payrun to draft mode once more, and this time, please delete the super and then add it back in? This should allow the payrun to recalculate the super amount.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

    Best regards,
