Emails not being sent
is anyone else having problems with invoices and statements not being emailed out since upgrading to reckon 2025. None of my customers are receiving their invoices.

Regarding invoices and statements not being emailed out since upgrading to Reckon Accounts Hosted 2025. Just wanted to ask a few things to help narrow it down:
- Are you getting any error messages or pop-ups when trying to send?
- Did you make any changes to your email preferences under Edit → Preferences → Send Forms after the upgrade?
- Have you tried sending a test email to yourself to see if it goes through?

Reeta we occasionally get a bounce notification even though the email address is correct but most of the time the client simply does not get the email.
We havent made any changes to our email preferences and yes i have tried to send a test email with no success

Could you please check the email reports in Reckon Hosted to confirm whether the email has been delivered ? Let me know the status of the emails you have sent . To view the report, I’ve attached a Knowledge Base article that provides step-by-step instructions.

I am awaiting a response from the team regarding 211 invoices out of 1800 that have not been sent. I have provided proof that they were marked as sent but have not received a constructive reply yet.
2nd time in 3 months that it has happened

They are not in the report. However, I also provided you with further information from the same page, where some emails were sent and some were not.
