Emails vanishing before being sent


Hi there,
I am going to the Select Form to Email tab, then Pay Slips.
I change the date to the appropriate set of pay slips and ensure they are all ticked, then press OK.
However when the Select Forms to Send pop up box appears, it is empty and there is nothing to select and send.
This issue started when I was sending the employee wage summary for last EOFY.

Dear @LightningLaundry ,
You likely have a corrupt email flag in your system.
There is a simple (if tedious) way to correct this:
- Go to File.
- Select Send Forms.
- Check to see if your emails have loaded into the system.
- If not, press Escape.
- Repeat steps 1-4 until the emails load.

Just to clarify… I'm not sure if I have inadvertently posted this as a Reckon One issue… but I am actually using the Reckon Accounts Hosted platform.

Took about 30 refreshes but it appears to be working correctly again.
