Reckon Freezing


I am trying to build a report and Reckon keeps freezing
I have to totally log out of remote session. This is about the sixth time this has happened today but has happened in the past.

You need to download your complimentary copy of Reckon Enterprise and copy the file to your desktop. You can then run the report from the desktop. Call me any time 0407 744 914

Is this occurring on any report you attempt to generate or just a certain one?
Does the report have a wide date range that its attempting to retrieve? Or does this occur no matter what date range is selected?

It is just the one report of Supplier Balance Summary from at the end of last month compared to the prior month

I have spent the last 2 hours doing a complete rebuild and it is still happening. The screen shot above is what appears when the build gets to 28%.
