report of P and L by project not working


Expect to be able to produce P and L report by project. Has been working for past 12 months now has stopped. P & L shows all projects, even though only one is selected.
Paid extra for this feature, have logged a case & waiting for response

I just tested I & it appears to be functioning correctly now.
Will run a few more test

Just to clarify, is the report itself working in the sense that it generates but its not respecting the project selection you've made? Is that correct?
Also, when did you log your case? Can I grab the case number so I take a look to see where things are at.

A report will generate but it includes all transactions, not just for the project selected.

Apologies for my delay in getting back to you. I've taken a look at your case and I can see that our support team have escalated your ticket to our product development team for further investigation as its not something they're able to resolve immediately.
I've pinged the product team as well and asked them to take a look at this for you ASAP. I'll keep you posted as soon as more info comes to hand.

ok but this feature, filtering by project, is important to us, it is almost like our product Reckon One Premium has been downgraded.

For what it's worth, I doubt this has anything to do with any downgrade. It just sounds like a glitch

As mentioned above, I've sent your case to our product developers to investigate further on what is causing the issue along with what we need to do to fix it. This is currently happening at the moment and I'm hoping to have more information from them very soon.
I can assure you this isn't related to any changes in your plan or subscription so there is no 'downgrade' or anything to that effect, this looks to be a technical issue that we will rectify for you ASAP.

Just a quick update to let you know a fix for this has been developed and is currently undergoing testing. Depending on the results of that, it will be released shortly after and I'll keep you updated on that.
