Reckom Accounts Personal Plus V31 issue with downloading investment quotes

I've check that I'm using the correct ticker from ASX.

EG Vanguard Australian Shares Index ETF (VAS)
I have tried ASX:VAS but still doesn't work

It was working for a few weeks then stopped.

Any help would be appreciated. Manually updating is a pain.

    Hi @Daz

    I've just added the VAS ticker, run an update and it seems to have worked normally. See example below.

    Is it only this particular ticker that is not updating?

    Hi @Rav thank for that. it was all my shares (6) i tried opening as an admin, fond this in another older section and then as @GerryWinter suggested and they seem to be working now.
