Bank feed stopped on 1st Oct
Hi,
Both books that I look after are having the same problem. no bank feeds since 1st October. Is there anything going on with Reckon that might affecting bank feeds? Please let me know how long this will be fixed? Thanks

Can I just confirm, do both of these books have a Bank of Melbourne feed or is the other book connected to a different bank?
Also, are your bank feeds connected via Yodlee, Open Banking or Direct Feed?

both book banking with Comm bank. We use Yodlee

Thanks for that, the above screenshot shows a BoM feed, are there additional feeds for Commbank in the book?
Can you please shoot me a private message with the names of the Reckon One books this is currently affecting and I'll have a chat with our team to see if I can get more info on this.

I've had a word with our team about this and have a fair bit of info to cover which I'll my best to outline below.
CommBank
When it comes to Commonwealth Bank, it looks like Yodlee is experiencing an ongoing issue with CommBank feeds and has been for quite a while (August 8) which not only affects Reckon but also other service providers using Yodlee for CommBank.
Our team has been pushing Yodlee on this however unfortunately its outside our control and based on the time its taken them to address so far, we don't have a firm indication on when they'll resolve this.
Bank of Melbourne
The team have had a look at your BoM feeds and in terms of status, they seem to be functioning normally and can see Yodlee has fetched new transactions for it today.
Where to from here?
If you're experiencing issues with your Yodlee feed, which you clearly are, our recommendation would be to switch from a Yodlee-type feed to an Open Banking feed.
Open Banking is much more reliable, safer, and just better way of sharing bank transactions to Reckon One. Both Commonwealth Bank and Bank of Melbourne are both supported in Open Banking so I'm confident that you'll have a much better experience once you're setup under Open Banking.
I'm going to add a couple of links to Open Banking so you can get an understanding of what it is and how it works -
I know that's a fair bit to get to grips with so if you have any questions please let me know

Hi Rav, thank you for digging into this issue and explain to me what's going on.
For bank of Melb, you said you could see transactions being fetched from bank. however the new transactions doesn't appear. Could you please check what might causing this problem? thanks

Hi Rav,
The bank feed updated as 9th Oct but no transactions feed in. Could you please check where the problem lies?
Thanks,

You may need to reauthenticate this feed in order for the transactions to come through.
Can you please try out the steps outlined in this help guide and see if that helps -

Hi, I just called Tech Support about this and was informed that Yodlee has been down since 1/10/25. Not sure if this is some or all users, but none of our accounts (Westpac & NAB) have had any new transactions appear after 30/9/25.
Options are:
-wait for Yodlee to be fixed - I was told they are working on it and it is expected soon
-do a manual upload
-go through the process of setting up Direct Feed or Open Banking feed for the affected accounts instead of Yodlee
I looked at setting up one of the other options but they are quite involved and may take a number of days, so will wait for Yodlee to be fixed.
As an aside, I had a trouble finding instructions on bank feeds. I was looking for a Guide on bank feeds for Reckon One but there isn't one, as it is not done at product level. Rather it's a module that applies to all Reckon products called Reckon BankData.
If it saves anyone else spending time looking, the location of instructions for Reckon BankData and the three methods available to connect for bank feeds (Yodlee, Open Banking or Direct Feed) are at:
help.reckon.com > scroll down to foot of page and on left hand side is a grey menu, use scroll bar to get to the foot of that menu and there is an item Reckon BankData > click on it and instructions for the three connection methods are listed there as Set up Yodlee feeds, Set up direct bank feeds & the last item, Set up Open Banking. There is also an item About bank feeds at this location that gives an overview of the three types, and their various requirements and features.
Instructions on how to do a manual upload of bank transactions are found in the Guide called Bank Transactions.
Yodlee is the easiest, it's like logging into your online banking. The other two require registration, filling in a form and possibly set up with your bank, so are more involved and take longer. Hence, will wait for Yodlee to be fixed. Hopefully soon.

While I agree Yodlee might be the simplest option, my biggest red flag was that you have to hand over your internet banking credentials to make it work.. to me that is way too big a risk in this day and age.
Open Banking on the other hand has been pretty good. It was confusing as anything to get setup but once we crossed that its been working well

My concern is that it looks like the bank connection is working, but transactions won't get loaded into Reckon.
date of last import showing 10th Oct, but no transactions comes in after 30th September. and this happened to all my books (3 different companies, with different banks) I think it's more to do with Reckon than bank side.

Hi I'm experiencing the same issue with Commbank and Yodlee since late Sep. I've tried connecting via Open Banking and have gone through the whole process and can see my business account which is setup as a family trust account however when I go to connect it I get a message saying that its not available!
Can anyone assist on why this won't work?
In the interim I've requested a direct feed.0
