support ticket status function is required within Reckon one
There needs to be somewhere to display status of supporting tickets we have logged. Once we log a ticket its impossible to get a real-time status of what is happening with our ticket. We have to call and pray someone will answer. This is not how modern support system should work.
So….
Aside from the obligatory email that we receive upon logging a ticket, the same notification should appear in the notification bell inside the app and it should like to a capability that lists current (open) tickets, along with the ability to show other status's (closed, awaiting customer response etc)
We should be able to communicate with the support person and respond to their questions in a 'chat' like manner (live or ' in response to'). This includes uploading files and answering claification questions as by support as required. None of this should be done via email as it is not secure and its quite difficult to follow a convoluted thread, particularly during a complex protracted ticket.
your recent advancements are encouraging, pls consider this request as should help resolve some of the frustration felt as we don't know what is happening to our tickets
