    Hi @Mick Hughes

I just saw your other reply but I'll reply here.

If you're running multiple businesses or entities in Hosted then you'll need to ensure you have a licence for each of those entities. This is consistent with the licensing for all Reckon software products which I'll link to HERE.

The same applies if you're providing payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting services for clients, then each client requires their own individually licenced Reckon software however I can see that you've mentioned this isn't the case for you.

I'm happy to organise a call for you for a further chat around this from one of our specialists if you'd like? Just let me know.

    Hi Rav

When did this change. I used desktop for 20 years with multiple companies on a single licence. I was then convinced to swap to Hosted about 2 years ago. When I changed to hosted I was told I could have multiple companies under one licence. I don't do payroll or need accountant access

    Hi @Mick Hughes

I'm not sure if anything has changed around this explicitly, from what I understand if you're operating multiple entities, they've always needed their own licence. With that said, I think it might be best to have a chat with one of our customer success specialists around this. They'll be best placed to have a conversation around your current requirements and also look at the best options for you moving forward.

Let me know if that's something you'd like and I'm happy to set it up for you.
