When trying to submit pay run it says employee inactive. However, nothing has changed he should still be active.

2 are archived but not the employee I am trying to submit a pay run for

Thanks for that.
Can you do me a favour and delete this draft pay run altogether and recreate it and try one more time now.
Let me know if its successful for you (or not).

Just did this and I am still having the same issue.

Thanks for trying
Ok, can you please try this out, it should do the trick but let me know either way.
- Make the employee in your pay run inactive ie. archive them
- Once that's done, reactivate the employee again
- Remove the employee from the pay run and then add them back in (this is an important step)
Let me know how you get on.

Hi Rav
I did all the above steps, and I still canโt submit pay run.

Hi @pmockler,
Are you still having issues with processing the Payrun?
In some cases, an inactive Superannuation fund can cause this issue.
Would you mind checking your Superannuation funds in the Payroll settings to see if any are marked as inactive? If so, you may need to set them Active again.Let me know if that helps.
Kind regards,

Yes I am still having issues. I checked, and super is active.

Are you using the Reckon Payroll mobile app or are you working on the full payroll experience on your PC?
Can you provide the pay date of the pay run that is currently sitting in draft status that you're trying to complete along with the name of the employee that is causing the issue.
I'm going to shoot through an access request to your book to see if we can try something out from our end. It'll come through separately as an email, please take a look and grant access when you have a chance.

Hi @pmockler
We've just had a look at your book and this should now be fixed for you. When you next login you'll see your pay run in draft status, you will need to enter the pay run details for this employee ie. hours, earnings etc.
Once that is done, you should be able to mark it as paid without issue but please let me know how you get on.
