Payroll summary report error

Is anyone having trouble running the above report, I get the message Unable to generate report try again later. I have shutdown and reopened payroll - back to reports tried again - it has held the report criteria and runs automatically but still not available Thanks Bernadette

    My apologies I can see another user has already lodged a report error, I have commented on that also thanks

    Hi Bernadette,

    Thanks for reporting this, we've had a couple of other instances of this come through in the last couple of minutes as well so we're starting to look into it.

    Can you let me know if this error message persists if you change the date range of the Payroll Summary report?

    Is it also affecting any other reports that you've noticed so far?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It's also not working for me as well.

    We're raising it with our devs and I'll update you ASAP when we have this resolved.

    Hi Rav,

    I have tried quite a few options, selecting the pay FN also entering dates & even older pays (not todays that I am currently processing). The report takes a long time to even come up with the error so I reckon there is an issue. Hopefully it can be rectified soon Thanks, Bernadette

    Thanks for that info Bernadette, we've got the teams looking into this at the moment.

    In the interim, perhaps try out the Employee Earnings Summary report, its similar to the Payroll Summary report but provides more detail and also denotes which items are and aren't reportable via STP.

    We'll keep you posted in relation to the error though and apologies for the inconvenience its causing at the moment.

    Hi Rav, thanks for that, just thought I should let you know that I am able to generate the Payroll detail report but not the summary, not sure if this is useful information

    When you have a chance, can you please give the payroll summary report another go and let me know if its working correctly for you now?
