Ostendo Reckon Link error

When I try to run a link between Ostendo and Reckon, I get this error, when I am in the correct file (we have been using the same process for years):

I press OK and then select the process button and i get this error:

Please advise what may be causing this?

To eliminate the possibility that similarly named but actually different files are being referenced, try the following:

In your Ostendo software locate the area in which you are specifying the exact file name and location.

In your Reckon Accounts application, with your specific company file open, press down the CTRL key and the number 1 key together (then release the keys).

This will bring up the Product Information screen.

There you will also see the File Information section which shows the full path and file name of the currently opened data file.

Compare that with what you have setup in Ostendo.
