Super Pay Day Beam or colonial first choice for clearing house

Question

I have accounts hosted, I am a bit confused. I thought the clearing house organized by reckon is Colonel First Choice, now I just read about Beam.

What am I supposed to be using?

Also please give us step by step instructions to set it all up without paying $99, especially when the roadshow is free of charge.

I have uploaded the employee bulk file and just reading now their training files about submitting contributions
