Hi everyone,

Reckon One has received an update this morning which has brought in a number of enhancements which are now live.

Check out the details of the update below.

RECKON ONE IDEAS PORTAL
Reckon One now integrates directly with our Reckon Ideas portal! This means you can now submit ideas and suggestions related to Reckon One, vote on existing ideas that have been submitted, and monitor the status of ideas.

To do this, click on the Help icon within Reckon One > Submit a product suggestion > You will then be taken directly to the Reckon One Ideas portal.

You can browse through existing ideas, vote on any that you think will be particularly useful and also add your own idea! Our Reckon One team are monitoring this portal regularly and will be using your ideas to formulate future Reckon One updates.

CUSTOM TEXT FIELD ON INVOICES & ESTIMATES
A custom header field has been added to the Invoice and Estimate templates.
To use this custom field select the cog icon > Settings > Money In > Invoices (or Estimates) > Select your template > Manage templates > Header > Enable the 'Custom text' option and enter what you like to display in this field.

AUTO REFRESH
The transactions shown in the banking page will now refresh automatically when you update the selected bank account, 'From' date, and 'To' date fields.

RECONCILE COLUMN UPDATED
The reconcile column in the banking and reconciliation page has been updated to use more a more simplistic design. The screenshot below shows the older design on the left and newly released enhanced version on the right.

AUTO-POPULATE BALANCE OWING IN 'HOW MUCH TO ALLOCATE' COLUMN
Based on Reckon One user feedback, we have added the functionality for receipt and payments to now auto-populate the Balance Owing amount in the 'How much to allocate' column.
To trigger this, you just need to click into the 'How much to allocate' column for the relevant line.

NEGATIVE PERCENTAGES IN REPORTS
Reports have been updated to show negative percentages in red colouring.
