Hi Emma. If you go to the following Knowledgebase site, this will provide you with the action that you need to correct the error - it is relatively straight forward - try Option 2. This problem probably tends to rear its head at the end of the year for an odd employee. I have had to correct it on more than one occasion in the past. At least you will be able to determine which pay the problem has occurred in.

Hi Rav. The recipients are not receiving the statements. It is only affecting statements. I can email payslips and invoices. It is just the statements. It comes up on the screen that they have been sent by Reckon accounts. Thats what makes it confusing.

The 450 threshold change does not happen till July 2022 according to something I found online

The government plans to introduce legislation to make this change by July 1, 2022, and it would come into effect at the start of the first financial year after the legislation is passed by Parliament.
