Re: Simplified BAS report
Sue, have you used the key combination Alt + PgUp to determine if the report has actually generated and is showing in the background?

Re: searching for a guide for implementing ATO reporting requirements to the program
Thanks for your reply ๐
I was (eventually) able to figure that out ๐ and came to realize that the Payroll App was pretty much the same a FAS, which is what I used to use in conjunction with my previous iteration of Quickbooks Pro.
I am now investigating the 'why fors and what nots' of Super Payments and it's looking like (although I'm happy to be pointed in a simpler or quicker direction) that I'll simply add a holding account and make those payments the way I had previously done which is through the Super Clearing House...
cheers
Re: searching for a guide for implementing ATO reporting requirements to the program
I did manage to get connected to Single Touch Payroll - Reckon GovConnect by calling the phone number provided during the process and have double checked that Reckon is noted as the 'Hosted SBR Software Service' as my nominated service provider via the RAM Access Manager.
Your prompt in relation to that is why I decide to logon and have a look. I reckon that it always pays to get confirmation...
As for reading the tutes... Those were my first port of call but a combination of the differences between my software and the tutorials being based on older versions is what was holding me up as there's many to go through and with the limited time I had available to me yesterday, I thought approaching the community for help and advice would save me some time and provide further insight; so thanks very much for replying to my query ๐๐
Re: searching for a guide for implementing ATO reporting requirements to the program
@berniedehmel The Payroll App is for those who don't have accounting software with integrated payroll. The program you're using - Reckon Accounts Plus - has integrated payroll so the setup & configuration for STP is done via that, utilising Reckon's Portal ("GovConnect") for STP submissions/reporting ๐

Re: PAYG Tax
I have consistently found the PAYG amounts calculated by Hosted to be correct. Invariably the variances I have experienced have arisen because the set up of employees/payroll items in the system has been incorrect
The sorts of things I would be checking are:
- set up of any salary sacrifice supn
- making sure correct tax code is used for employees
- making sure employees are not being incorrectly treated as having HELP debts
Re: Pop-up messages
If theyโve definitely disabled pop up prompts, it sounds like theyโre not ever ticking the checkbox on those prompts to say not to show it again ๐ฌ

Re: Error on startup renamedrive.vbs
Hi Stephen
If you go into the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel on the launch screen do you see an active session in there for this user? If so, please log off the session from there and then logout (use the Logout option in the top right corner).
Close the browser and then log back in after 2-3 minutes. Does the session launch successfully after this?
If not, I'd suggest the next step is to have a chat with our technical support team (1300 799 150) so we can get a technician to take a closer look into this, potentially with a remote login session if required.

Re: How to print reports showing Gross amount
try Edit - Preferences - Reporting, select Gross and see if that helps
Re: Suggestion re. Bank Reconciliation page
Hi there Rosie,
Thanks for taking the time to share this ๐. Can I get you to pop over to our Reckon Product Ideas portal linked below and share it there as well. The Ideas Portal is where our users can share their suggestions and ideas for product improvement such as this and fellow users can vote on it as well. Our product development team use this to evaluate products updates, improvements etc that our users would like to see (where feasible).

Re: Removing Overdue Stamp from Invoices
Do you Verify Data in your Company File regularly? Iโd recommend verifying & then running the Rebuild Data x 3 (For some reason rebuilding THREE times resolves a lot of issues!)
These options are both under Utilities in the File dropdown menu (along the top toolbar)
Failing that, Iโm wondering if your other payment terms have somehow been corrupted ๐ค Do they still show the correct โDue Dateโ on the invoice template?
Try setting up one of the rogue Payment Terms again & using that on the template instead.
