Re: PAYG Tax
I have consistently found the PAYG amounts calculated by Hosted to be correct. Invariably the variances I have experienced have arisen because the set up of employees/payroll items in the system has been incorrect
The sorts of things I would be checking are:
- set up of any salary sacrifice supn
- making sure correct tax code is used for employees
- making sure employees are not being incorrectly treated as having HELP debts

If they’ve definitely disabled pop up prompts, it sounds like they’re not ever ticking the checkbox on those prompts to say not to show it again 😬

If you go into the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel on the launch screen do you see an active session in there for this user? If so, please log off the session from there and then logout (use the Logout option in the top right corner).
Close the browser and then log back in after 2-3 minutes. Does the session launch successfully after this?
If not, I'd suggest the next step is to have a chat with our technical support team (1300 799 150) so we can get a technician to take a closer look into this, potentially with a remote login session if required.

Re: Removing Overdue Stamp from Invoices
Do you Verify Data in your Company File regularly? I’d recommend verifying & then running the Rebuild Data x 3 (For some reason rebuilding THREE times resolves a lot of issues!)
These options are both under Utilities in the File dropdown menu (along the top toolbar)
Failing that, I’m wondering if your other payment terms have somehow been corrupted 🤔 Do they still show the correct “Due Date” on the invoice template?
Try setting up one of the rogue Payment Terms again & using that on the template instead.

Re: Asking for correct STP submission
The latest pay you upload will update the previous submissions as YTD Figures are uploaded every week. If I’m concerned I print out a report from my payroll program that shows everyone’s totals and log into Gov Connect, click on the details of the last submission and check against the report from payroll

Your post actually said you did a pay in Reckon One, that is a cloud payroll program
So you will still have to go back to Payroll Premier first and correct the pay and submit an Update event to Reckon Gov Connect

Thank you all for your input. I have tried every suggestion but Inventory refuses to run. I have had to install Version 2021 on a second computer and that runs both the Reckon program and the inventory. As mentioned it appears some residual software is preventing the new installation. I use ZoneAlarm Internet Security and if you need to install a new version they have a program to remove all evidence of the older version. Obviously Reckon need to develope a program to remove their earlier versions.
