Re: Reckon Mate - payslips not appearing
HI Rav
Okay thanks for the tips. I will refresh yesterdays pay run only so that the employees will atleast receive that one and going forward, hopefully will occur automatically.

HI Rav
That seems to have worked. Had to log in and out again though.
Will let our team know.

Re: 2 company accounts in Reckon Hosted
if you double click on each pay you can change the bank account to the correct one. But if you actually paid the money from the wrong one you will have to do a transfer of the total from the correct bank to the incorrect one. When you reconcile the total of the pay cheques will be marked against the single transfer in the correct account and the deposit and payroll cheques will contra each other in the wrong account

Re: Big mistake correction
Dear @dingo ,
It's never a problem at all. I'm relieved you were able to find a backup from before this occurred.
It may be wisest to reach out to them, or to a Professional/Accredited partner.
They are experts at using Reckon, including accounting and bookkeeping.
You can reach out to a partner via .

Re: Reckon Mate - payslips not appearing
That's correct, it only generates the payment transaction itself. It does not automatically deduct any payments from your actual bank account.
If it is going to be fixed, should I wait before enabling?
Unfortunately, I don't have any indication on when a fix for this could come through so at this stage it could take a little while.
If you're not using your companion Reckon One book and don't have any plans to do so since you're using Reckon Accounts Hosted then you're more than welcome to switch that setting on now rather than waiting.

Re: Big mistake correction
Dear @dingo ,
I'm very sorry to hear about this situation.
In this case, if a backup is not present - including no backups from when you may have upgraded to 2024 - then there would be only one real option.
You could check the Audit Trail and see which transactions were deleted, when they were deleted, what they contained, and possibly re-enter these transactions back into the file manually.
To get the Audit Trail:
- Go to Reports.
- Go to Accountant.
- Select Audit Trail.
From here, you should be able to review transactions that were deleted from the file recently, and re-enter them back into the file.
Outside of this, I would recommend re-checking your B:\ drive to see if there's any backups of this file recently - even older backups may give you a file to compare against.
