Can anyone help me to reprint a pay slip

this employee name is not coming to the list below date range is ok ???

That message will usually appear if your Reckon Accounts Hosted session has been left inactive/idle for an hour. When you are logged into your Reckon Accounts Hosted file and working in it, your session will remain logged in indefinitely provided you are actively working in the file. However if leave your session inactive for an hour then you'll see the above message appear.

There is no point in downloading the program again as it wont help If your file is corrupt, validate and super validate may help Otherwise, give me a call and I'll look at it for my end.

well you can still do an additional payrun, if you don’t want to change the existing pays. You’re welcome to give me a call in the morning - after 9 Sydney time
