have you searched for *.qbb and *.qbw on entire computer? Looked in recycle bin?
I understand your anxiety, unfortunately it means work, but you’ll never not backup again- and in more than one place, USB’s and other folders.

Totally understand where you're coming from and I agree that it sounds like a practical enhancement. The feature request for this in Hosted HERE has only received a handful of votes however so far so I'd strongly recommend adding a vote yourself if you haven't already, and even a comment in regard to your use case.
As @Lucas mentioned we're in the very very early stages of evaluating options around invoices (including this) for our Reckon One service and as part of that we'll also look to see if there are enhancements that could potentially be incorporated into Hosted. To be fully transparent, there are codebase constraints which impact what can and can't be introduced to the platform however with that said, we're always open to feedback on improvements our users are looking for so I'd strongly recommend adding to the feature request.

Thank you for the update.
As I mentioned earlier, I believe there is not a direct filter for zero transactions customers but while I was going through the reports and filtering them, I found the " Income by customer Summary" report under Company and Financials.
This report shows your company's net sales income from each customer and job and also zero value if you select the month option. To see a list of the transactions that make up an amount, double-click the amount. I've highlighted the selected options in the image below.

No, that one is slightly different. Our devs have got a ticket open for the erroneous behaviour around drag & drop for attachments.
We're targeting a release next week and I'll confirm tomorrow whether they've been able to include this in.

Re: Forgotten password for Reckon Home & Business
Somehow I have managed to get into a file to 30th June this year. I am now reluctant to close it down in case I cannot get back in to it. How do I go about setting a password or changing the password. If I can get back in to that file I will not lose too much data.
