It's not just payroll. I have over 100 books and I cannot get into any of them. Have tried on 2 separate computers and get the same screen about upgrading payroll subscription but almost 90 of the books do not have payroll.

Same issue for me mate…. Trying to open Reckon One and it takes me to a Payroll Premier screen and I can't access my book or pay staff….

Re: Reckon Accounts Personal Plus v31 (2024) fails installation on Parallels

Downloaded the 2022 version & that will not load onto my Parallels Windows.

Customer Support say there is nothing they can do to help me on a vurtual PC other than install Reckon on a real PC.

I am now totally screwed………………..

For most day-to-day screen capture the Greenshot tool is very handy, however as that requires additional installation, the tip was written with the built-in tools in mind.
