Re: Super Rate Check Report
If you add the Sales Price column on to the Super reports, this will show you the percentage rates:
(NOTE: This screenshot is just from an old Sample File, hence the out-of-date percentage rates - Obviously, the current rate is 11.5% for SG Super !)
To add a column, just click on Modify Report (top left of the report) & tick (select) Sales Price in the Columns list, then click on OK to update :

Dear @TeaganHayse ,
If all of these steps have failed, it's more than likely that the backup is corrupt.
The best thing to do would be to attain a portable backup copy of the company file from your client, and try restoring that instead.
Typically, -6000, -301 is a network or permission issue, but if it's not resolved after all of these steps, the backup is likely invalid or contains invalid data preventing it from restoring - that or the USB was not ejected properly and has damaged the file somehow.

@AdminSBH The most crucial part of the configuration is the initial linking to "Other 2" (eg your LSL) here. (In this particular sample file, the Other 1 tab has been named as LSL & Other 2 as TiL) These last 2 radio button options will reflect these 2 Other … tabs as per your specifically-set titles in your own company file) :
NOTE: This setting is ONLY available during initial setup so it's essential to configure this correctly at this point!
