Hi dave,
I am sorry you have to go through that. You can delete the duplicate journal entry by following these steps.
- Revert the Payrun back to draft again.
- Go back you Journals and delete the duplicate Journal entry.
- Mark the Payrun as Paid
- Check if the duplicate journal still exists.

There is no built-in function to perform bulk actions like the one you have described.
This tool on the Reckon Add-on Marketplace may be able to perform the actions you need (please confirm with the developer for more details)

You've posted a question in the "Reckon Accounts (Desktop)" category.
Below is a guide for using the Verify Data and Rebuild Data function of the Reckon Accounts software.
Your question relates to the Reckon Accounts Personal and Home & Business category.
For the Reckon Accounts Personal Range product the available function is the Validate and Super Validate function.
Recommend that you make a copy of your existing current data file and save it in a known location.
Then if you have been backing up regularly, consider locating the most recent backups and attempt to open them.

When I am using Reckon Personal Plus it just crashes randomly Usually when I try and do a share update or access a report .
I have updated to V31 as per your instructions re a clean install twice. I have had the computer looked at and there are no problems. Gerry Winter has accessed it and can't see the problem . The technician who set up the computer has had it in the shop and advises it is good . I restored a previous backup all to no avail He mentioned he had a reckon customer with a similar problem who accessed a file repair facility from Reckon ?

What I was envisaging was a pop up of sorts, when opening a new purchase order for a certain supplier a pop up would appear to remind staff of the minimum order value or minimum order FIS (free into store delivery)
