If you have already terminated the employee, you can easily archive them by navigating to their profile. Once you click on the employee, on the right-hand side of the page, you’ll find the "Options" menu, where you can select the option to archive the employee. This will remove them from the active list. I’ve attached an image below for your reference.

Re: Changing reports from Cash to accrual

You can change the reporting basis by following these steps:
- Click on "Edit" in the top menu.
- Select "Preferences."
- Go to "Tax" and then choose "Company Preferences."
- Under "Tax Reporting Basis," you can select either "Cash" or "Accrual."
Please remember to revert back to the original selection once you’ve made your changes. I’ve also attached an image below to guide you through the process.

While we look into the issue with emailing using outlook (new) could you try and install outlook (classic) using this link I found on Microsoft's support page.
Keeping the email provider as Outlook, I’ve had success emailing with the classic version.

Thank you for the update, Rav. I have spent a long career in IT, mostly software development management and so I feel your pain and understand that reports not running appears a simple issue from the outside but could involve deep complexities. As a user, however, I just want it to work😀

@SalCow You can easily delete files by selecting the file (right-click on it to do this, but NOT on the file name itself) then press Del on your keyboard. Unfortunately, you can't do this in bulk though, only one file at a time.
I create folders for everything & put files into the applicable folder(s) instead, then if ever necessary, the whole folder can be deleted 😊

- Can you please confirm if you have the account added into Reckon One - Bank Connections?
- If so, have you had that linked with the Bank Account?
To have all the transactions into Reckon One - Bank Transactions, you need to have the account added and linked to the correct Bank Account.

Re: Account Enquiry Report showing Description?
Hi Rav,
I was going to reply also but @ptnewparadigm has covered it very well. We need reports that include the Description and to be able to pull up all transactions tagged to a Classification so we and our accountant can review them for the same sorts of things.
Our accountant has already recommended that we switch to another accounts package as he finds Reckon One so hard to work with. I can only urge you to pass it on the dev team that these functions should be included as they are basic things that any other package I've used has.

I wanted to update you regarding the rates and earnings you've inquired about. After testing the calculations on my end, I can confirm that both the superannuation are being calculated correctly. I have attached an image for your reference.
However, I recommend checking the leave item you used to process the personal leave. If the setup for that item is configured correctly, there shouldn’t be any issues with the calculations.
