Sometimes an internet connection can be interrupted for a brief moment, this happens to me sometimes with Netflix. As itβs so brief other things arenβt affected, but it might be enough to disconnect Reckon. It wouldnβt hurt to restart the modem when itβs convenient

This message will appear if one of the following conditions are met:
- Your computer disconnected from the internet;
- You hit the idle timer's limit (1 hour without activity);
- You were logged out via the Control Panel (through Log Off Remote Sessions);
- Somebody else has logged in under your username/password;
- You logged into another account in another tab.

Thanks Reeta & Rav - I signed out and back in but still no payslips.
Rav, of the employees that have downloaded the app, only one so far can see their payslips.
I will send you a screen shot via Private message via email.
Re: Annual leave not accruing for new employee
Thanks Tanvi - I have removed the zero's from the set up. Interesting to note that there were zero's in the PL and RDO set up as well but had no issues with those accruing - I have deleted them also just to make sure.

Hi @Therese R
For Leave Accrual Calculating, please remove the 0.00 from the Maximum Accumulation as mentioned in your above attached screenshot.
Entering 0.00 means, that you're setting a Maximum Limit to 0 and hence is not accruing anything for the Pay runs.
Once removed, save and create a Pay run to test if it is accruing leave or not.
