I’m not quite sure what you are asking but I believe you have got invoices and bills for the same person. If so you can receive the payments and bank to a clearing bank account, and then pay the bills from the same clearing account. If there is a balance to be paid or received it can then be transferred to or from the actual bank account

You can have it export to Excel and automatically send to specified recipients at scheduled times, or export on demand and save the file to a designated location.

Which reports do you generate separately and then combine in Excel?

Whilst the reports in the Reckon Accounts Hosted/Enterprise products can be modified, there is no functionality to 'combine two separate reports' into one report within the software itself.

Each report will have its own customisation options.

Reckon has a financial reporting product called "Insights" that may be suitable for what you need.
