I’d like to note that when I tried again, I was able to share without any problems. Could you check if attempting the share a second time makes any difference?
It seems that the error message doesn’t always appear for me.

Thanks for bringing this up, I just tried this on my personal file and am also getting the same error.
I will escalate this problem to the dev team and provide an update when i hear back from them.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with sharing files.
Just wanted to confirm that you are using Reckon Accounts Hosted and not Reckon Accounts Desktop?
Also if possible could you provide an image of the error. It would help me out loads.

@Zheng I suspected it would be this … You need to remove the 0.00 here:
This is the maximum number of hours an employee can accrue & … by having 0.00 entered there - it's currently set that they can't accrue any at all 😬

Full time employee's leave not accruing
I have created a new employee file in Reckon, she's full time and entitled for sick leave and annual leave, for somehow, the Reckon isn't accrued her leaves, I have checked I did put the leave hours in, but still not sure where to look for the error? Could you please help? Thank you.
