Re: STP SUBMISSSION STILL PENDING
Dear Jen,
Submissions can take up to one full week to process depending on the ATO's current capacity. Most STP files process in a day.
If there is an issue, however, it would be on SBR2 - it would be on the ATO's side of things. As soon as the STP is submit, it is in the ATO's hands.
If you find that this is not the case, you can click into the "Details" option in the submission to see if the ATO has updated the status.

Hi Rav, I have had a couple of weeks off so just coming across this now, I'm really glad it was fixed before I needed to use it!
One of the things that I hate the most about Xero is that we need to manually click a link to download invoices - a major advantage of Reckon is the ease with which suppliers can receive our invoices, they don't need to click, download and save. I understand that Reckon thought it was an improvement but am really appreciative of how quickly users' concerns with the new system were acted upon.

I don't believe there has been a webinar for managing leave when it comes to Reckon Payroll specifically at this stage.
If its something that you and the wider Community would find beneficial, then I'm happy to pass this over to some colleagues internally to see if its something we could look at in the future.

Haha i did that too! I never trusted it.
The error im getting is the actual software is corrupt not the data file as such so need to reinstall the actual program.

Yes, I did install QPRollV32 prior to the switch - thanks for the thought though.
Do you know if it's available to reinstall anywhere? You used to be able to log in and download old software - but cannot find them anymore!?

Hi Kali,
I don't know where you could install the old software. I used to back up Payroll Premier every week so I had a copy of the saved file to use in the event the Payroll Premier app file corrupted and I could reinstall it.
Hopefully a Reckon Dev Team member will offer you a solution to your problem soon.

Re: Transaction List Display Screen for Investment Account
Thanks again Alex. The bottom scroll bar doesn't show in full screen as it seems that there is nothing more to display. I have reduced the display size to make the scroll bar appear but then scrolling all the way to the right doesn't help.
All the transactions in the investment account are there and show up fine when I run reports etc. If I click on a transaction, it displays the Investment amount correctly but this doesn't show when I click out of the transaction. I have performed a validate but not sure how to do a super validate. Cheers Paul
