@Rav in relation to your comment about Authenticators I have only used product specific authenticators in the past, rather than a generic authenticator such as those provided by Google or Microsoft. Have you asked this question because you are recommending authenticators over SMS or was it just a general comment?

Thank you so much for your help, I just found out the authenticator app was fine zzz
I changed my browser to Microsoft Edge and now the codes work and I got the recovery pin and now I'm working in Reckon…lol

Which web browser are you using vs. the web browsers your colleagues are using?
If you are using Mozilla FireFox, this clipboard does not appear as it allows direct copy/paste functions, whereas Chromium-based browsers (Edge; Chrome) do not, which requires the clipboard function.
It will still appear when you go to copy text in FireFox.

All went well with the pay run. The employee was previously terminated from employment with us and then archived.
The rehiring part was simple but when they hadn't come across to the current employees list, I was confused as I thought I did something wrong. Reactivating them did the trick. It's all so technical lol.

I'll do a bit of testing to see if I can replicate your experience.
I don't think there should be any issues now that you've reactivated the employee, they should be selectable in the pay run drawer but let us know how you get on.
