Re: How do I allocate an unused customer adjustment note when no available transaction?
Hi Ben
I'm not quite sure of the answer to this but let me check in with a colleague and see if they have a suggestion. I'll come back to you.

Re: Customer transaction report - TOTALS
If you go to 'day to day' and under the 'business' heading select 'customer statements'. From there you select the customer you are referring to and it will bring up all the open items as at that date (there is a total showing at the bottom of the page).
Hope this helps! Em :-)

Re: Supplier transaction reports totals
Did this ever get answered by anyone.
Its very annoying.
I have a few suppliers who i like to occasionally see the running balance of transactions, and having to manually add them up is ludicrous

#TipTuesday - The underrated 'Retrieve-Last' feature for your bank transactions💲
Hello everyone!
Have you ever wondered what the Bankdata-Retrieve last in the Book Setting is for?
Bankdata-Retrieve last probably one of the underrated features in Reckon One.
The "BankData - Retrieve Last [X] Days" option lets you choose how many days' worth of bank transactions you want to pull into your Reckon One account. It's handy for deciding how far back you want to go. So, if you set it to 60 days, it’ll bring in all your bank transactions from the past two months!
Having said that, Reckon One displays bank transactions within the last 60 days period by default. Any transactions past the 60-day period are considered historical and are stored in the data base.
Recently, we've received a number of calls regarding the disappearance of historical feeds. During your reconciliation process, you may notice several Bank Transactions are missing from the previous months. Additionally, you might find that transactions that were pending allocation and feeding into Reckon are no longer available.
Given that the transactions in question have not been manually deleted from the Bank Transactions in Reckon One, we can retrieve these transactions by extending the date range to more than 60 days.
Here is an example of the latest Bank Transaction in the last 60 days.
If we wanted to retrieve Bank Transaction for December, we need to extend the Retrieve Last to 90 days.
So how do we do it?
- Go to the Administration Cogwheel in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings and then Book Settings under the General section.
- Look for the field called BankData - Retrieve Last [] Days.
- Change the number in this field by a day (e.g., if it reads 60, change it to 90).
Here is an example of Bank Transactions within the 90 days period.
The unallocated transactions for December are now visible on the list.
This range is adjustable and can be set from 1 to 365 days. Please note that if the range is set too short, you may miss some records from a few days following the most recent download date.
So, the next time you find that you have missing transactions from the previous months, remember to check if the BankData - Retrieve Last [] Days falls within the range you are looking for.
I hope this tip will help you.
Happy Tuesday😀
Re: Notes not saving in Reckon One
Thanks Rav - took a look at it yesterday - much better. Hopefully now no more disappearing notes. Will look at the other improvements and bug fixes.
Re: Unable to complete Pay Run for over a week.
