Im receiving this error when I open the company file on a client. I have already entered the right port number on the firewall inbound and outbound and have also granted the permission on the folder for the user. We have moved to a new payroll system from Sep-2023. However, we have done parallel pay runs in Reckon Hosted for Sept -23 & Oct-23 for validation purposes. For which we have not submitted monthly STP report to ATO from Reckon. And new provider has done it. When we run final STP reports in Reckon, it's now included Sep-23ā¦
I understand we aren't required to provide these anymore, however I do like to have them available if an employee requests one. In saying that, I have a few that do not reconcile with my payroll reports for 2023. I have upgraded to the 2023 RAH version, would this be the reason for the non reconciling? TIA
We changed entities from a Trust to a partnership part of the way through the financial year. The ABN is the same. This morning I logged into 2023 version without a problem and then a second user tried to log in a few hours later and advised they could not get in and the system was asking to update to 2024. I was not ready to update to 2024 however had no other choice so did a back up and updated to the 2024 version. logged out andā¦
I am finding with this new feature, I am logging in first thing in the morning and it is not asking for the mfa. After a period of time, usually a couple of hours, it is shutting down and when I log back in, it is asking me for MFA. Shouldn't it be asking me for the MFA when I first log in each morning?
