Hi, I have just downloaded and activated Personal range31. When I try to open it is looking for a QDF file but my saved data is a RKN file. I can’t get any further. How can I get the program to recognise my RKN files. Thank you, Cheers, Sara

The support note says to note customer ID and PIN from the current file. I see a Product ID (24 characters) and an install key (12 characters). Is this sufficient for me to download the software to my new machine?
My PC was slow to open Quicken 2010. My guess this was because I was loading data from 2001. Having been forced to change to Accounts Personal Plus V31 as my previous version won't work under Windows 11 is the somewhere I can get my QDF converted?
