I'm trying to activate my Reckon Home & Business after renewing my subscription. When I try to do it online the screen just freezes. Then tried phoning the number supplied by I'm calling out of hours - it's almost impossible for me to call in business hours. How am I supposed to get my software working?

I am a long term user: my data goes back to 2013. To delete a transaction, I have always used Ctrl+D, which deletes and re-calculates. Last week, I attempted to delete some transactions, using Ctrl+D, but to no avail. It did not work. Has something changed in Personal Plus?
