Error Codes


I keep on getting various error codes such as 7094,7096,7029,7032 and whether I want to report it but I never get a reply
The programme then shuts down and I have to reopen it
Can someone please tell us what is going on and how to fix it

Where are you encountering these errors specifically? ie. are you performing a certain task/function in Reckon Accounts when this appears?
Have you performed a verify and rebuild of your company file? If not, I'd highly recommend doing so and I'll link to a guide on this below -

If its an 'unrecoverable error' which is causing Reckon Accounts to shut down then it could be due to a corrupt transaction, item, invoice etc but its worth having a chat with our technical support team so a technician can take a look and address any potential causes of these.

Thanks for getting back to me .
I have "Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2019" and there doesn't seem to be a verify Data and rebuild Data
in this programme.
To answer your question it happens when the programme is sleeping and I come back to the programme and I'm hit with this random error message.

Right ok, this post has been created in the Reckon Accounts Desktop category hence the info above is for that particular software rather than Personal Plus. I'll move it over to the right place.
In regard to your Personal Plus software, I'd recommend taking a look at the info in the help guide linked below -
Also, this is quite important, please ensure your file name is less than 8 characters in length.
