I am trying to restore a backup with the path D:\QUICKEN\BACKUP\.... i am unable to browse past BACKUP to locate the latest backup file.
Hi, I am trying to download the new Personal Plus 2021 and after I unzip and I click on ok then a panel comes up and says I cannot download new version until I un install the old software. I am a bit confused if I un install the old program will I lose all my information up until this point. Thank you
I have Accounts Personal 2016 and as I upgrade my desktop PC with a clone (lets not talk about Windows stability), I find Reckon 'forgets' its IKC and I have to call Reckon, wait on the phone, go through the process of IDing me, providing the Product code, getting the IKC etc. If it is the weekend - it means Reckon isโฆ

Hi there, I keep getting the same error when trying to backup an existing file and the backup fails giving me the Error Code 6909.
Dividends are regularly entered in my Personal Plus dividend account but a recent trial run of the Dividend Report revealed that 4 dividend amounts are missing from the report although the corresponding Imputation credits, from early Oct. 2020, are correctly shown. Can anyone please explain this unusual occurrence?
When I loginto Accounts Pus 2021 the QDF file does not laod automatically. I have go and open it manually?
