Everything was working fine and then all of a sudden we lost access to the menu (see attached image). Unable to access anything other than parts of the chart of accounts and items. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue this afternoon. Thanks Tony
I am using Reckon One and have encountered an anomaly and an error. For the past 2 weeks we have been getting error frequently when generating transaction list type reports eg. customer transactions and supplier transactions. This morning it is occurring all the time. "Report generation error An error occurred generating the report:" Is there a timeout or something?

Hi I'm currently trying to upgrade my accounting plan to Accounting Plus so I have the Bank Data Module so I can connect my bank account to Reckon One but it keeps saying "Subscription is Active", but its only active on my other book "Bella Loke" but am trying to upgrade "Loke Design". Hi Rav, It's been a whole week that Reckon reports have not been working. I'm unable to do any sort of report like unpaid invoices, GST etc. A week is far too long for something like this to be offline. The issue was reported 02/09/24 (CAS-316489-W0N6B9). Accounts Plus made available the date a transaction was entered/created and updated. I have not been able to find this column/field in Reckon One. Just looking for confirmation of whether or not it is available in Reckon One.
