reckon one opening leave balances

I have started my Reckon One book. How do I enter the opening leave balances for my employees?

    Hi Greg,
    Click on the Settings icon in the top right and select Payroll Settings > YTD Setup > Select the Leave Balances tab > Add Leave Balances > Add New Row > Select your employee and follow the prompts

    Hi Greg, make sure you also set the correct 'start' date for leave accruals in the employee records - I made this mistake and it didn't bring across the opening balances for the employees with the error :-)

    Just wondering the quantity in leave item set up is for leave hours?

    Question - do I do the same thing for staff's YTD pays (that is, I used another payroll software till end of Oct) so need to work out how to get all the info accurate
