Error [OL-221-A] when updating Historical Prices

Why is error [OL-221-A] occurring in Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2015 when updating Historical Prices. Says Reckon was unable to complete request even though it appears to be updating.

    Hi Will,

    This is something we're looking into at the moment.
    I don't have a indication on the resolution as yet however a potential remedy is being tested.
