I am not happy I haven't been able to login into reckon one. I try to change my password but wont reconise my email address. Technical support are useless

    Hi Julie, If you're an existing Reckon One user, can you please input your Reckon One USER NAME (not user ID number or email address) and password. Do you still have trouble after trying this?

    I am putting in my original username and password I have used for 2 yrs ot said it doesn't recognise me. So I click reset password doesnt recognise my email. Im worries because all the last 2 yrs reciepts are in there. Please fix this problem ASAP. Thanks

    Somebody need to look at the back end to see why I can't login.
