Issue to sign in to Reckon One Apps on Android

I have normally log in to my reckon one portal with google. When I try to sign in to reckon one apps it ask for password which is confusing since google sign in does not required this. So when I try to reset password it ask for user name and when I input my email address it does not recognise it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can definitely understand there is some confusion in that, unfortunately at the moment users who usually sign in to the Reckon Portal using their Google or Microsoft account are unable to do so on the dedicated Reckon app itself. The Reckon One mobile team are working to include this capability in the next update of the app.

In the interim, have you tried to access Reckon One via your mobile browser instead?

I just sent this question via email. Glad to know it's answered here. So do I delete my account and sign up the old way using my same email address and a dedicated password if I want to use the apps?

I have just signed up with Reckon One and if I'd known signing in with my Google account would have barred me from using app, I would never have used my google account.  This is very annoying.  Please rectify ASAP.
